Beyond the ordinary

1. Japanese Massage
Japanese Shiatsu massage offers a clothes-on, oil-free treatment that works not only on muscles but also on fascia, joints, and spinal alignment — delivering deep relief with workplace appropriate technique.
Shiatsu is a Japanese therapeutic bodywork that evolved in the early 20th century from traditional Eastern medicine and Japanese massage practices, using finger pressure along energy pathways (meridians) to support balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.
Uses gentle pressure to reduce muscular tension and support posture — a highly effective approach for staff with desk-related discomfort.
Format: 60 minutes treatment / 30 minute treatment
2. Workplace Massage
A soothing treatment that targets tension from computer use and repetitive tasks, supporting physical comfort and daily function. Targets key areas - neck, arms, hands, shoulders.
Soothing upper-body massage that melts tension from desk work, eases stiffness, and boosts circulation — ideal for posture-related stress.
Clothes on and oil free for workplace appropriate wellbeing
Format: 60 minutes treatment / 30 minutes
3. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Evidence-informed EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for stress and anxiety, supporting staff to manage emotional load, overwhelm, and workplace pressure.
EFT, commonly known as tapping, combines principles from traditional Chinese acupressure with modern psychology. Gentle tapping on specific acupressure points helps regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and support emotional balance. This trauma-aware approach offers practical tools for improving clarity, resilience, and wellbeing in high-pressure environments.
Format: 60-minute treatment session
4. Indian Head Massage
A relaxing head, neck, and shoulder treatment designed to release built-up tension, ease headaches, and improve mental clarity.
Indian Head Massage originates from Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine, and has been practiced for over a thousand years to support wellbeing and balance. The treatment focuses on key areas where stress commonly accumulates, helping to reduce mental fatigue, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of relaxation. It is particularly beneficial for screen-heavy roles and fast-paced work environments.
Format: 60-minute or 30-minute treatment
5. Reiki Energy Healing
A calming, non-invasive energy-based therapy that supports stress regulation, emotional balance, and deep relaxation — particularly beneficial for staff experiencing overwhelm, fatigue, or burnout.
Reiki is a Japanese wellbeing practice developed in the early 20th century, focused on supporting the body’s natural relaxation and recovery response. Using light hands-on or hands-above techniques, Reiki encourages nervous-system calming, helping to ease mental tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of emotional restoration. The treatment is gentle, safe, and accessible, making it ideal for individuals who may feel overwhelmed by more intensive approaches.
Format: 60-minute or 30-minute treatment
5. Mindful Services for Daily Calm
Soft, grounding mindfulness-based techniques designed to ease nervous-system tension and help staff reset during demanding or high-pressure periods.
Sessions may include personalised breathwork, guided body scan meditation, and mindfulness practices tailored to individual needs. These approaches support relaxation, emotional regulation, and mental clarity, while offering practical tools that can be used both in and outside the workplace. Sessions can be adapted to address specific concerns such as sleep difficulties, stress, anxiety, or difficulty switching off.
The practices are gentle, accessible, and suitable for all levels of experience, providing restorative support without the need for physical exertion.
Format: 60-minute or 30-minute treatment
