Empowering Teams Through Collective Wellbeing

Designed for busy workplaces and frontline environments, our group sessions provide practical stress-management strategies, guided relaxation, and movement practices that boost morale, focus, and emotional clarity.

1. Mindfulness Meditation

Guided seated or lying-down meditation to help teams reduce stress, improve focus, and support emotional balance during demanding work periods — an accessible reset for mind and body.

Format: 1 hour; Online over zoom or in-person

2. Qi Gong

Gentle, accessible energy-based movement that enhances posture, mobility, and vitality — ideal for staff who experience physical fatigue or long hours at desks. A low-impact, grounding practice suitable for all abilities.

Format: 60 minutes; Online or in-person

3. Yoga for beginners

Light stretches and breathing exercises suited to all abilities, supporting flexibility, tension release, and overall wellbeing in group or workplace settings.

4. Mindfulness & Relaxation

Combining gentle mindful stretches with breathwork for beginners. Calming breathing and grounding techniques designed to regulate the nervous system, reset the mind, and restore clarity for staff and community groups.

Format: 1 hour; Online or in-person

5. Breathwork Reset

Simple, guided breathwork practices that ease tension, lift energy, and help participants manage pressure or overwhelm more effectively.
Based on yogic breathwork for transformation, grounding and stress relief

Format: 1 hour; Online or in-person

6. Psychology Education (NHS-Informed)

Evidence-based wellbeing talks and workshops covering stress, anxiety, low mood, and wellbeing basics — providing teams with practical coping tools rooted in NHS guidance. According to NHS IAPT service providers.

Format: 2 hours or 6-week course or 1 hour sessions
